1. Purpose
The application provides personal budgeting, financial record-keeping, account reconciliation and related analytical functions for its owner using Actual Budget.
2. Access
Access is restricted to the application owner and any access specifically authorised by that owner for maintenance or operation. No right of public access is granted.
3. Connected financial accounts
The application may use Enable Banking to obtain information from financial accounts that the account holder has explicitly authorised. The availability and scope of connected-account data depend on the relevant financial institution, Enable Banking and the permissions granted by the account holder.
Use of a bank or other financial provider remains subject to that provider's own terms and conditions.
4. No financial or professional advice
The application is a personal record-keeping and budgeting tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal or other professional advice.
5. Availability and accuracy
The operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the application at any time. Financial data obtained from external services may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Records should be reconciled against the relevant financial institution where accuracy is important.
6. Third-party software and services
The application relies on third-party software and infrastructure, which may include Actual Budget, Enable Banking, Cloudflare and financial institutions. Those services are subject to their own terms, policies and availability.
7. Privacy
Information about how data are handled is provided in the Privacy Notice.
8. Changes
These terms may be revised where the application, its purpose or its supporting services materially change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
